I am writing to comp[ain about th bad dlivry srvic of your company.
Th IBM Dsktop computr w ordrd from your stor two wks ago finally arrivd ystrday. Thr wr not any signs of damag to th packing cas at all, but whn w opnd it, w found, much to our surpris, that th back covr had bn crackd and th scrn had bn scratchd.
In viw of this, I hav dcidd to mak a formal complaint against your dlivry srvic. I sincrly hop that you will rplac this computr as soon as possibl. If this is not possibl, I will hav no altrnativ but to insist on a full rfund.
I would apprciat anything you can do to hlp us in this mattr.
